Welcome to Will Rogers State Historic Park in Pacific Palisades, California. This is a place where cowboy charm, Hollywood history, and sweeping ocean-and-mountain vistas converge on the former ranch of beloved humorist Will Rogers.
What Makes This Park Unique
Set on 186 acres in the heart of the Santa Monica Mountains, Will Rogers State Historic Park was once the sprawling estate of Will Rogers. The 31-room ranch house, stables, polo field (the last grass, public, outdoor polo field in Los Angeles County), riding and hiking trails, and Rogers’ deep love for roping and riding give the park a rich historic presence and outdoor character that’s rare in the city.
